So interesting listening to this, I don’t mind hearing peoples different views even if me and my partner don’t have the same views as Gino for example. If it’s what works for him, his partner and family good for him.

Just because his parents didn’t take him to school, doesn’t mean it’s not now important for parents to do that. I respect each persons experiences and clearly Gino is happy to mirror his own upbringing. However, there’s a lot of the “that’s what happened when I was a child and I’m fine” mentality from Gino here. I respectfully disagree. (Don’t get me started on his “it’s a fact” opinion on relationships!)

He's so misogynistic, I'm not sure why he's on this podcast.

He's not. He's Italian. It's a very different culture. The family dynamics in Italy are very different from the UK.

@@marinak2266 it's not culture, it's misogyny.

Misogynistic people have kids too and it’s interesting to hear other family dynamics. I don’t agree with a lot of what he said but it’s still interesting and seems to be working for him and his family. Would be curious to hear from his wife and kids (at a later date) to hear the other side

He's foreign so he gets a free pass, along with the Arabs, Muslims, Chinese and the other misogynistic cultures. Did you know women can't drive in Saudi Arabia?

I think it’s one of those things none of our minds are the same. If he’s living the way him, his partner and family want to live and are happy with them fair enough. Not how I’d want to live and only slight thing that is annoying is when people announce their feelings as a fact as he did a few times but apart from that think you just have to take it with a pinch of salt.
