I’ve actually tried this at home, but got a terrible wrist ache, because I apparently added too little water and the dough was too solid 😂💪🏼

In Italy they use buffalo mozzarella on pizza, in fact. Just the kind that is firmer and does not produce too much liquid

Depends even in Naples they use fior di latte.
