I do not agree with you that Yeshua taught from the Hebrew scripture, Yeshua came teaching about his fathers kingdom, which is in the new testiment and the new testament had not been written yet. When Jesus did refer to the Torah, alot of it was him teaching the new covenant of grace, which he often explained to the disciples using parables when teaching the ways of the new covenant.. Biggest issue I see with the trinitarian debate is that there’s too much overthinking. They get hung up solely on how Jesus talked but they don’t pay attention to what The Word is saying. A number of them when they really get to talking about God, they speak in oneness. Then it’s like they catch themselves and go back into over explaining. When God said I am alone, there’s no God besides me. I am the first and the last. Then you can’t build a doctrine off of what you think Jesus said. Especially since Jesus said it in Revelation 1 I am the first and the last, the Almighty. Same language from Isaiah. From that point on everything you believe has to be built off of the fact that God said it’s just me. And people love to run to the Hebrew and Greek, but they fail to remember that things can change in translation and transliterations. Not to mention, idioms and figures of speech that would lose it’s meaning from continent to continent and culture to culture. We think we have it all figured out when the Bible says we see through a glass darkly. Also Elohim is plurality of majesty. They of that time like to emphasize the greatness of God in manifold ways. Do I think it’s a salvation issue no it’s a deeper understanding of the Godhead and the true teaching of the apostles. We should get back to it and back to baptizing in the name Jesus Christ. @@stephenboateng9360 it’s not my intention to say that Jesus was not there in the beginning. God said let us make man in our image after our likeness yet how many did God create? He created one man and placed him “alone” in the garden and said it is not good that man dwell alone. One man in the image of one God soul/body/spirit yet only one person. My body isn’t my spirit my spirit isn’t my soul yet I’m only one conscious being. Jesus is the express image of the one God. He has always been and he will always be. That’s sola scriptura not catholic dogma you understand that when men saw God in the Old Testament that they saw Jesus. Hey you believe he’s a separate person from the father. If the father is a person and Jesus is a person and the Holy Spirit is a person. Revelation 19 on Jesus thigh and vesture there is name written Lord of Lords and King of Kings. This would make Jesus Lord and King over his father. You can argue the trinity consists of three co equal co eternal but the son in scripture was subjected to the authority of the father. When I asked this question to God at 19 he answered me with the scripture. He asked me what a man is. Paul says a man is soul/body/spirit yet one. Then he asked me how many men did I create in my likeness in the beginning I said Adam. Then he flooded my mind with all the scriptures calling himself one and beside him there is no God and Jesus declaring to be this one I AM. When I was a trinitarian I always ended my prayers thank you father thank you Jesus thank you Holy Spirit. My soul the mind will and emotions of a being aka spirit is a manifestation of a conscious being. I saw God as three distinct persons I put the father above the other two in authority even without being fully conscious of doing it. Scripture says you shall have no other gods before me. John 8:24 Jesus says if you do not believe I am he, you are lost in your sins. The Catholic Church teaches the trinity and she has many daughters the Protestant churches that teach the same doctrine. Come out of her Jesus says I tell you this in truth and love. Jesus is the father robbed in flesh John 1:1 there is no three persons that make up one God that consists of the same essence.
