now that i remember, that's when katsura started calling kagura leader

I think it was started when Hanzo 'kidnapped' Elizabeth, Katsura and other were learning on how to be a ninja, they obviously became power ranger instead and since kagura wear Red, katsura agrees that red is the color of the leader
