Ginuwine, Aaliyah, Timbaland and Missy Elliott were all in the same clique called The Supa Friends and would collaborate on each other's music. Shout out also to Playa (Static Major, Smokey and Black) who were also in that clique and made big contributions to the others' songs.

Fun fact: Timbaland, Aaliyah, Missy Elliott, Magoo, Tweet, Playa, and Ginuwine all came from the Jodeci camp. How do I know my step father was their pianist, engineer, and was the music director for Jodeci on their tours in the early and mid 90s. Lucky to got to know some of the artist. Especially Stephen “Static Major” Garrett. One of my favorites I have ever gotten to be around!
