This is the seminal version, she is singing to the teenage children (in the audience) of the award winner who have not seen their mother for many years as she remains in jail in Iran. Angelina is of course 1/4 iranian through her grandmother Mery Zamani .

Yes, that’s what the barefoot princess does. She pulls at the heartstrings absolutely an angel sent from heaven. I don’t think there’s anyone else that can convey music like she does.
