Giorgio Armani Men's Spring Summer 2024 - Fashion Show

Weaving a story. The Giorgio Armani Men’s SS24 Collection represents a new storyline composed of familiar elements, but narrated from different angles to weave a new story. Forms are soft and lengthened, intertwining threads either explicit or evoked in prints that imitate knots, weaves with a summery feel and geometry multiplied for rhythm. The body is never overtly exposed but the energy that animates the lightweight volumes is palpable. Intertwining notes of blue, sand and natural tones provide the chromatic completion to this particularly light and fresh collection, which includes shoes and sandals similarly characterised by knots and weaves. It's a story in which everything comes together.

After seeing some of the other men's collections from other designers, this was the first time I felt it was a men's collection. The other designers are trying to feminize the male form. Thank you Armani for staying true to form.

Great collection, easy, fresh, comfortable and clean. Great colors, glasses, hats, bags, scarves and shoes just brings it all together. The collection spoke for it self and all the pieces just gives you that flowing air feel. I had the opportunity to work in the Armani Boutique in Bloomingdale’s New York Flagship Store and I tell you his collections never disappoint. I would love to walk in just one of his shows. It would be a dream come true.

I remember my initial introduction to Giorgio Armani in 1976, I was in college at Tennessee State University, a sophomore and I remember reading an article in Time magazine as a matter of fact, he was the man of the year. Cover page, he had on a simple black leather, blue jeans and a white shirt. And so goes the beginning of a fashion icon. My collection over the years consist of the, "Eagle" via Emporio Armani. Life indeed is a journey of many adventures. Just think his parents wanted him to become a Doctor...
