Something that stood out watching this is wells lack of games compared to yhe other top catchers. So I think wells should be higher, because none above him played fewer games and he should get that increased play time next year which with his 162 pace would definitely move him up. JT is close in games but he's old and gets hurt so i don't realistically know how many more games you can expect from the guy.

Big Dumper is the best overall catcher and it’s not close. Platinum glove, 34 bombs, framed the best pitching staff in the league. Struck out because he was the Ms only offense. Continues to get better every year.

I think Joey Bart is pretty low tbh. Only 80 games and putting up better counting numbers than like 6-7 other guys in front of him. I think Kirk is the first guy you could realistically argue is better than him. Definitely a top 20 guy.

He had a slow start to the season, but in the 2nd half his slash line was among the top in the league for catchers, and his defense is solid. I think you have to grade him more by the end of the year than the beginning, because he was a rookie, he's more likely to continue to get better than worse.

About Bailey, I don't know if it's fair to entirely count out his hitting. In his career, he has 109 games in the first half and 109 in the second half. In the first half, he is a career .288/.343/.454 hitter. In the second half, he is a .179/.238/.238 hitter. I don't think it's impossible for him to figure out how to hit in the second half.
