I think I'm beyond speechless. In the US that would never fly. I ran an architectural business for 21 years in Florida and the building codes got so they held back any creativity. My ex-husband was a structural engineer and I learned how to do a lot from him about knowing how to use my design ability and be able to design a home that would be buildable. This woman is creating the design and is doing all the building too. What she has built, and all by herself is amazing. It is her artistic creation and she has amazing talent plus the guts to build it. What an inspiration!!

At 15:30, in the black painted square, is a large boot print. She has help. Not too many women I know can lift a concrete slab counter cooktop as they showed. Plus lugging mortar and bricks. I’m not disrespecting her, just something that I can see. I don’t begrudge her help either. Just don’t lead us to believe you’re a solo act. I do love your channel and your adventures!

My goodness what people would give to have a place like this. Her building such a beautiful and lasting home shows that money is not needed for a beautiful home.
