If your partner has kids with their ex, it is definitely important for the two of you to make an effort to get along.

I agree with Jeannie, not every woman exercises their strength. In the moments when you do show strength there’s nothing wrong with someone acknowledging that.
@epep50
@epep50 3 жыл бұрын
If your affirmation or acknowledgement of doing something that is the best option that results in the best outcome, you truly are a woman. Men just do it because it's the right thing to do. Sorry your character is so weak praise and reconciliation is more important than satisfaction of the rewards of making the right choice. Hope the the praise comes with cheesecake and one fork.

I don’t think we should describe women as “strong” or “angry” etc Bc we as humans experience a whole range of emotions. One person can be strong or weak happy or angry depending on what they’re going through

Marisol Foronda 2:43. Loni was dead serious and laughed it off because nobody agreed with her. It gets tiring being a ‘ strong Black woman’ and being expected to live up to that expectation.
@tagaway6173
@tagaway6173 4 жыл бұрын
@@BossBabeJ I suppose she means if Loni was in the interview the question would be using "strong black woman" as opposed to just "strong woman". Like why make the distinction she is black? To be honest I dont know where I stand on this. Remember the interview of.... Gosh I dont remember names or whatever the interview is from as I didn't watch the movie... But is about this African American/ Iranians girl With the Jane the virgin actress. And the interviewer ask the girl how does she feels being a role model for young black woman... And Jane the virgin did a "Victoria Justice" thing with the ALL WOMAN... all woman... Like the guy shouldn't have included the world "black" in the question. I remember in that particular case I like how the interviewer handled the situation and I didn't like how JaneTV reacted to begin with. But then If in this issue I side with Loni (Which I do) That means I'm contracting myself. ------ You know when an era is ending and another is beginning? I think we are in this gray area where some description are shifting but still are so confusing to some as to why change stuff. One time I read the headline going kinda "stop say FEMALE to refer to women" And I got to be honest, I didn't read the article cuz I was busy but I remember thinking to myself "Now what's with the word female" and I rolled my eyes thinking it was one of those prank headlines. But apparently it is something as I heard it again. Oh and the term Afro latina... I understand what it means. But why are we being encouraged to use "new" labels when it other areas we are asked to use less. Again I'm not saying I approve or disapprove of anything, is that since so many things are changing some contradictions arise. Ahhhhhh I hope I made a bit of sense.

I'm sorry but i'm just gonna say it. There are some women who are not all that, who are mothers who beat and abuse their kids, cheat on people, and lie lie lie. So i'mma need y'all to stop acting like every woman deserves to be seen as wonderful and strong and amazing. Because the truth is some of y'all are awful and that's just the truth. If someone calls you strong stop worrying about what other people are called and take the damn compliment.

So for me I don’t like using terms to describe women because it comes off as if like it could be impossible for a woman to be strong in whatever context that I could be using it for when talking about a woman... now do I think women are flexible , do I think women are strong willed , do I think women are multi-dynamic and have many facets to them that make them one of the most amazing creatures on earth! Yesssss! But strong is something that can be iffy to say based on what context and the woman that’s receiving the compliment of being a “ strong woman “ cus some might not get offended

To say that every woman is strong is just wrong. How many women keep going back to abusers? How many women have allowed their children to be mistreated and not done anything about it? How many women have let some dude walk all over them? The same hing goes for men. Not everyone is strong. There are plenty of people who will be doormats to others because they refuse to be STRONG!

Black female James Bond, female doctor Who, female ghost busters, female Oceans something or other. Ladies, for heaven's sake, quit forcing yourselves into men's spaces where you're not welcome then put a gun to our heads if you don't get your way. I'm at the point where I'm going out of my way to not support women in any and every way possible. If I see a homeless man I'll buy him a meal, give him a few bucks under the promise he won't help or share with any woman with the help I've given him. I've stopped helping women with heavy lifting, holding doors, pulling out chairs, and I will never help you if you are legit in danger. I'm gonna go my own way and you ladies are my equal right, I'm sure you'll figure it out as strong independent woman.
