Agree I hate this society I remember when I was a kid my father my mother my grandmother my grandfather "men don't cry u have to show urself strong" when my brother died ( I was 12 years old) my brother was 17(moto accident) , my whole family was crying on his funeral in that day on my family never said that again to me NEVER.

I’m training to be a massage therapist and I have to go through anatomy classes, and trust me, you get obsessed with that when you learn about it and then actually FEEL the muscle and then you start looking at other people and start to understand where the muscles are. You can pretty much see his superficial muscles.

@@alex_walsh lol It's for knots, for myofascial release. Those knots is pain in the @#$ lol Looks scary, hearts a lot, but helps right away. The redness usually gets better on second day and on third day it's almost nothing. Scean even feels more softer and smoother after so much blood flow)))

I've got a feeling this is a precursor to sciatica. What this man described, EXACTLY happened to me. Down to the last detail. I didn't get chiropractic help and ended up having the worst sciatic pain of my life. I couldn't move my leg, couldn't wiggle my toes and the recovery lasted for months.

It works the same way massage works. Look into fascia. The skin controls your body just like your muscles do. I have collagen defect which causes my fascia and muscles to bind. Rolfing works wonders.

1. I only have anecdotal evidence, I had a really bad left shoulder that got impinged and I started scraping it along with doing exercises that chiropactors recommended now my arm is WAY better, the scraping inflates the skin/muscles which encourages growth.

I had question mark back my whole life and its taken me a bit to fix it naturally I did go to the chiropractors twice but that wasnt helping me as much as having a daily health routine. nor did any doctor ever help me in my life with a godam thing lol

Yes, there is a Western therapy called the Graston Technique that involves scraping bound fascia in the muscles. It is based on the Eastern practice called Gua Sha, which is a similar method but focuses on clearing stagnation. I have Myofascial Pain Syndrome, which is basically tons of muscle adhesions and trigger points in my neck, shoulders, and upper back. I do Gua Sha and it really helps the pain and to loosen some of the tight and bound areas.
