Agree I hate this society I remember when I was a kid my father my mother my grandmother my grandfather "men don't cry u have to show urself strong" when my brother died ( I was 12 years old) my brother was 17(moto accident) , my whole family was crying on his funeral in that day on my family never said that again to me NEVER.

@@masterpiece9754 Just be yourself and remember that you don't need to proof anything to anyone. Tears, love, compassion don't show weakness, it's what you do to become a better person, your actions, that determine your strength and courage. :) And dear, don't hate society. There are plenty of great people out there, just focus on them.

I've got a feeling this is a precursor to sciatica. What this man described, EXACTLY happened to me. Down to the last detail. I didn't get chiropractic help and ended up having the worst sciatic pain of my life. I couldn't move my leg, couldn't wiggle my toes and the recovery lasted for months.

1. I only have anecdotal evidence, I had a really bad left shoulder that got impinged and I started scraping it along with doing exercises that chiropactors recommended now my arm is WAY better, the scraping inflates the skin/muscles which encourages growth.

@Kazuya Any anectodal evidence can destroy that theory it doesnt make any sense to me. I had question mark back my whole life and its taken me a bit to fix it naturally I did go to the chiropractors twice but that wasnt helping me as much as having a daily health routine. nor did any doctor ever help me in my life with a godam thing lol

Yes, there is a Western therapy called the Graston Technique that involves scraping bound fascia in the muscles. It is based on the Eastern practice called Gua Sha, which is a similar method but focuses on clearing stagnation. I have Myofascial Pain Syndrome, which is basically tons of muscle adhesions and trigger points in my neck, shoulders, and upper back. I do Gua Sha and it really helps the pain and to loosen some of the tight and bound areas.

You're so good at what you do and I really enjoy watching your videos. I wish I lived close enough that I could come visit you. You're doing what I always thought a chiropractic visit should be like so great job! I'm really impressed with your work and the time you spend on your patients. It's so nice to see in a world where most of my visits to doctors or chiropractor's seemed like I was just another number that didn't matter to them whatsoever. I have ankylosing spondylitis and was diagnosed with it about 10-12 years ago now but I've had really bad lower back and hip pain as well as joint pain in general since I was probably 12. Do you have any knowledge or suggestions you would be willing to share with me that might help me feel better? The last about two years I've been the worst I've ever been and I'm struggling with depression from the impact it's taken on my life and certainly any enjoyment of life that I use to have. I've tried chiropractor's, doctor's, physical therapy, and I have a rheumatologist I see usually about every 3 months and nothing seems to be helping me feel any better. Anyway, I'm super impressed with your work and thank you for any information you can share that you think might be helpful to me! 👏👍✌❤🌠🎖🏆
