For as important as a place the Waking Sands is for a good chunk of ARR I still am not sure why they didn't have a Aetheryte right there instead of having to teleport but still have to walk a good distance, without the tickets they gave to teleport you to the gate of the city it was be so much more annoying. I'm glad they did not continue that odd decision for later points of importance.
