Girl does her best to save a dying kitten, she cries upon hearing its cries

Yesterday, it rained all night. When I went for a walk in the morning, I saw a little cat lying on the ground, completely soaked and motionless. It seemed like it was no longer alive. I thought of burying it, but as I got closer, I noticed its mouth was still moving. Hurriedly, I brought it home.
The kitten was ice-cold, with a faint breath. Following online tutorials, I washed its body with warm water and then used a hairdryer to dry its fur.
Holding onto the last glimmer of hope, I kept rubbing and pressing the kitten's body. It was so thin, just bones everywhere. It must have been lying on that cold road for a long time! If it hadn't crossed paths with me, it might have left this world all alone.
