Not to mention aside from everything she did, she was fully clothed, hair and makeup perfectly done, certainly not looking at all like she'd been a patient in the hospital much less just given birth. Nobody with half a brain would be fooled. Plus, as soon as she stood up, it would be perfectly obviously that she didn't just give birth, your pregnancy belly takes WEEKS, sometimes months, to shrink back down. It's extremely rare for a woman to look exactly the way she did post pregnancy within a few days, and almost unheard-of hours after giving birth, unless you were one of those rare pregnant women whom really and truly developed almost no belly at all!

This episode showed how foolish some men can be. You need to learn that forbidden love of another man's wife is not worth it. The doctor played by Lubomir Smehov risked it and lost it all for Claire, the wife he was smitten with. This was an untenable plan, but you can understand how this situation could develop is Claire had no brain or had fetal alcohol syndrome. I agree with Andy McFarland who observed that the cleaning lady was the delight and bright spot of this episode. I was happy to see Yaroslav Shinder play another role as a cuckhold husband. When will he ever learn?
