I'll definitely be honest with this worst case scenario type video. 1. Always pay attention. 2. If your friends havent upgraded to family status, then dont keep them close to your heart. Friends are ppl you kick it with to just chill, family are riders who've proven themselves worthy. Blood or knowing someone for years doesnt qualify as true family. My opinion. 3. No one would sell a 4 mil house for 2 mil. Stop the cap. That hurt my heart! 4. Her husband doesn't run the house because she didnt even go to him to have a conversation about her ex. She over ran her husband & his business to be "compassionate" to someone she slept with in her past. This is a worse case scenario, so I will say, she still has feelings for her ex. She broke many rules... Didnt consult husband 1st, didnt make sure to respect husbands business by allowing him to deny or accept decision, she quickly gave the ex her # instead of ex giving up his or at least giving her husbands #, & she told ex to meet with HER & he will get paid in advance. Paying someone in advance is not how proper biz protocol works especially if the person hasnt built up any credibility & the construction is her husbands specifically, so she shouldnt be involved at all. What she did was a quick trick of the eye & most ppl missed it because of her sweet words. She has compassion with ill intent & it will cause issues.... dang part 2 plz 🤣. 5. Know your worth periodt. 🥰 Also, just because someone becomes successful after hurt, doesnt mean everything is ok or over. Its not easy to get over heartbreak & betrayal. & just because she acts the compassionate role, doesn't mean shes kind hearted. Not saying shes bad or negative.
