Nevertheless, from my assumption I don’t think any crime was involved. She must have passed out or had some brain haemorrhage. Had it been some crime all of her goods and belongings would be looted by then but it didn’t. She just had a minor injury on her wrist. And the driver probably waited for sometime but left the scene after the passerby people gatherd thinking that she will be taken care of amd also to avoid unnecessary blame/backlash from the public since it was in the early wee hours and the girl being local and he being non local. If the driver is arrested, must interrogate. BTW the first eye witness unty said that there were no injuries in the head when she saw except hand. She said while they were taking care of her, her parents came and took. Now the question is, from where the head injury came which that she even had to go surgery and are still in ICU???
