I need some advise at to how I can improve my aural skills. Like know the key of a song without touching the keyboard. Any tip will be appreciated

The short answer is to study music theory as if everything (scales, chords, chord progressions, form, meter) is a verb, not a noun... in other words, it is not enough to what a music structure IS, but what that musical structure DOES.
