In. Pakistan there is no concept of mahrem and namahrem unfoy. Even in the united states where there are strict laws we saw in boy scouts and in churches where young boys were sexually abused. It’s parents job to keep the children safe. For men and women Needs to sit separately. Children should be taught not to sit very closely to teachers, servants or other relatives and friends. In Arabs they don’t allow men to put hand on young girls head. In Pakistan there has been harassment for very long time . Even if they are covered in burqa or chaddar. This is because in pakistan , they don’t apply laws. On tv they should have ads about what is harassment. In school and offices they need to have mandatory trainings to teach what is considered harassment. Once one generation will get training then things may change. Bill boards should be there against harrasment. Most of the muslim countries are so safe for women like Turkey and Morocco.
