@invisible123-l9d8 ай бұрын
Maybe so, but MEN are not known for making an effort in relationships, or for listening to women, or taking women seriously. Men need to LISTEN, and SHOW that they care. Men seem to think that there mere presence is enough. Newsflash: it is not. MEN need to start making an effort.
@invisible123-l9d8 ай бұрын
@@bhavanijayant526 It was about him not LISTENING to her or TAKING HER SERIOUSLY. He also ridiculed her, and suggested that she had a 'warped' brain. She needed loving gestures, personal to her, that showed he cared, and saw her as a woman, and as his EQUAL, and he thought a kitchen was a loving gesture. His 'gesture' showed that he saw her as merely a cook, and maid. MEN need to get it through their thick skulls that MEN need to make an effort, and make truly thoughtful gestures, that require effort, and are personal to the recipient. Sending a text is simple, and may have been copy pasted from elsewhere. You don't have the balls to reply in a civil manner.

Technically, a complete kitchen remodel is a grand gesture.
@vickieclark59318 ай бұрын
I agree. Most women would die for a kitchen remodel. That's much better than a trip to Italy and probably costs more also. This girl was ridiculous not thinking that was a good thing.

@@vickieclark5931 You talk sexist rubbish. Women are not tied to the kitchen sink. Genuinely caring gestures require thought, and effort, from the giver, and are personal to the recipient. A kitchen re-model tells the person that they are seen as nothing more than a cook, and housemaid.

He showed his contempt, and that he had no intention of taking her seriously, or doing anything to show that he respected her, and saw her as a woman, and as his EQUAL. He saw a kitchen as a 'loving gesture'. He is so dense. Truly romantic gestures require real effort, and thought, from the giver, and are personal to the recipient. (newsflash: ten-a-penny ('dime a dozen' in the American language) 'gestures', like flowers, chocolates, jewellery, fancy meals, or fancy holidays, ('vacations' in the American language), are NOT romantic, as they require no thought, or effort, from the giver, and are not personal to any recipient) He copied words from someone else into a text message. He did not even bother to send her his own words. MEN need to make the effort in relationships, truly pull their weight with the housework, (newsflash: rinsing a cup or, or boiling an egg, once a year, or throwing a shirt at a washing basket, is NOT men pulling their weight), LISTEN to female partners, TAKE THEM SERIOUSLY (he did not, he ridiculed her) accept that women are their EQUAL, RESPECT women. Men demand all of the above from women, but refuse to give ANY of the above to women. You don't have the balls to reply in a civil manner to a WOMAN.

Cool video, My relationship of 5 years ended a month ago. The love of my life decided to leave me, I really love her so much I can’t stop thinking about her, I’ve tried my very best to get her back in my life, but to no avail, I’m frustrated, I don’t see my life with anyone else. I’ve done my best to get rid of the thoughts of her, but I can’t, I don’t know why I’m saying this here, I really miss her and just can’t stop thinking about her.

I'm so sorry your going through this.. no one deserves that kind of pain at all, but I've been through the exact same thing with my first love and it's terrible i know.. so the best thing I can say is focus on yourself and on bettering your life, like now you have a chance to be able to reach your goals and achievements you've always wanted. I've always believed in everything happens for a reason so if she doesn't end up coming back at least you would have managed to be able to do everything you've dreamed off and who knows, maybe you might even find someone new.. someone who possibly gets you for you and for all you know they probably might even change your life for the better? That's what happened to me when I went through it.. it was tough at the beginning, for ages, but then I started focusing on myself.. I managed to change myself into a MUCH better person, I got into college and got my degree for my dream job, I got myself a job to save up for my car (once I pass my test) and now I'm planning my future with my new fiancé (this man came into my life when I wasn't planning on finding love and just like you I always said I can't picture myself with anyone at all.. I even swore to myself I'd never get with anyone again but after I gave him a chance we ended up getting real, deep feelings towards one another and now look at us 2 years down the line) and I managed to do all this in (almost) 4 years

I am grateful to say that I have someone who loves me at my worst and at my best. He is patient with me, and we always make sure to never give up on one another. Whenever I myself feel as if I don't receive enough "gestures" and that they are required, I remember that I am so blessed to receive the sweetest things that means so much. The most loving messages, quality time, constant support, remembering what makes me most happy and what things I love most, and valuable gifts from the heart that mean so much to me and are constant reminders that I'll never be alone. Videos like this help remind me that I do not need to compare my love life to anyone else's, because it is perfect in every way for me, and it is real. And what's most important is how we have made ourselves better people and have grown so much since meeting and building a beautiful friendship. So thank you, Dhar Mann for this short, it was very informative to not get carried away with what social media shows😁
