When you talked about using guys as a distraction from your own pain, it really spoke to me. I spent years hung up on a guy who I thought I needed, because I started having feelings for him when I was in a really bad place mentally and latched on to him as a distraction. It was incredibly unhealthy and I'm so glad you put that into words because I'm going to be careful not to let it happen again and I don't want anyone else to put themselves through that pain. ❤️

Hearing about the friendship situation, I grew apart for one on my best friends who I was friends with for 13 years and we stopped being friends but she keeps eating me back and it ruined me, then I met my best friend almost 10 months ago and we’ve become extremely close despite living 80+ miles apart❤️

If you're 15 or in your early teenage years and you're missing some periods, it depends if you should be worried or not. Most of the time when you're around that age, your hormones are ALL over the place and sometimes you miss a period or two here and there. It's really common when you're that young because your body hasn't regulated itself yet. However, if you are sexually active then it's better to be safe than sorry. Either way, it doesn't hurt to talk to your doctor. If you're worried about your parents knowing anything, just ask the doctor to speak to the doctor alone without your parents. You do have that right and the doctor can't tell them anything.

I SO agree with moving on from someone by not neglecting the positive OR negative feelings! That balance was so hard for me to find in my first break up and I was really hard on myself, but just letting my feelings be what they were and take their course helped so much. We don't have to be scared of our feelings, they don't have to control us, they just need to be felt.

For the teen asking about skipping your period a couple months..... If you are athletic and playing sports, that can cause you to miss your period. I played soccer hard core and I'd miss a period here and there. BUT definitely what Christina said, talk to your mom and your doctor just to make sure.

To the girl that said she’s having irregular periods and 15, at this age it is perfectly normal to have irregular periods as your body is just adjusting to a regular cycle. Usually nothing to worry about unless you consecutively don’t have a period for 6 months, keep an eye on your cycle, hope this helps :)
@happyholly70234 жыл бұрын
it totally is. I remember freaking out about it at that age. a couple years later they were like clockwork and still are after 3 kids. lol

To the person who thinks she won’t find someone unless she’s perfect: Look for someone who gives you space to grow within the relationship! If you end up getting married someday, you and your husband won’t be the same versions of yourselves you were on your wedding day on your 20th anniversary. Life is an ongoing process of growth and change. Look for someone who is willing to embrace that process with you.

When I was like 13 or 14 I missed my period for 6.5 months and got so freaked out. One day it just comes back like nothing happened and I’ve been fine ever since. I saw this just to show that no period is the same and not ever girl is going to have a “normal” period and that’s ok
@drunkenseulgi4744 жыл бұрын
I think I'd rather have that happen then my period going for a month and then giving me a week off and then starting again then going back to normal haha

Samantha Goff yeah that would probably be better. It is impossible for me to track mine because my cycle lasts for anywhere from 20 days to 70 days and I have no symptoms leading up to it so I’m pretty much screwed always

OMG! The first question really brought me back! Lol. I remember I wasn't necessarily a late bloomer but a lot of my friends were getting their periods before me and they would ALWAYS talk about it. I left SUPER left out and almost embarrassed that I didn't get mine yet. I remember lying and saying that I got it when I didn't just so I could "fit in" with them. Then the day FINALLY came and I was so excited! I literally told my friends that I lied before but now I really got it because I couldn't hold in my excitement! Lol. Now I WISH I never got my period. It's such a hassle! Hahaha.

Could you do a video about dating if you’re a Christian and how to go about it/asking a guy out? Or a video of when you started dating.
@cuppiecupsters3 жыл бұрын
Think about it like this: When you're comparing yourself to someone else, you're insulting yourself, and God made you perfect just the way you are. So don't compare yourself to others! God loves you for who you are and He made you like this because He wants you like this. God doesn't make mistakes. You are not a mistake.
