Been praying for a husband. Long story short. Few months ago as i lay in bed at mid day i asked God if i could see my future husbands face. Few days later i saw him in my dreams just the way i prayed for. His height, built, hair and even his accent and there was something that was bothering me in a husband and God also showed me that in my dream and much more than what i was praying for. I saw that he was someone who'd have my back and respect me and much more. I went to sin but when i came back to God he still kept that husband for me. Even when i was not faithful God was faithful. Hope this encourages someone..

This helped so much because I’m 17 and I’m being raised by my grandmother and we talked plenty about this. I’m dating an 18 year old that we meant in the same grade freshman year, we have had sex before and talked about it plenty and we both would like get birth control for me. I take shower mainly 24/7 almost every day and we both wanted an child when we’re in our 30’s and financially stable. I’m glad I actually have someone like him who cares so much for me through school and this is our senior year now. But still we’ll get moving in next year and Ik we would obviously do something so I wanted both of us to be protected. I just like being safe and clean. We were both watching this yesterday, but I wanted to finish watching to see what else I can do with my body to be more safe

I loved this video so much. Sex was totally unspoken of growing up and my mother shamed me when she found out I was sexually active. I don’t hold a grudge though! As I got older, I realized her views on sex were generationally passed on to her and then to me. This video felt like a hug to my younger self and the words that I think if I had heard back then I would’ve respected my body more and even chosen a better partner that also respected my body. Now I’m 25 learning how to navigate through all of this- and I love it! Thank you so much Dr. Nina.

Cannady Bell the reality is that generational changes are inevitable & we have to adjust to them without instilling fear into our children (boy or girl). We have to relate to them on a level which they will understand & allow them to be honest without judgement or castigating them for what they see & are exposed to. At the end of it all I want to be the person who she trusts with no judgement &all the support to make sure she’s happy, decent, respectful & a positive contribution to our society with no prejudice or misconceived notions of what is expected of her. I may be in a minority but I stand by what I believe in. I grew up with no information & I refuse to let that happen to my children

@@BeautifulBrwnBabyDol My tip is to also nudge the followers to read about the scientific studies done as they will give good insight from a microbiological perspective. Yoni/vaginal steaming only affects the outside of the vagina, the smoke doesn't actually get inside it unless you pump it, which can do some damage. The steaming process may perfume your intimate area for a period of time depending on how aromatic the herbs are, and serve as an inferior cleaning method to washing, but that is pretty much all it does. High temperatures from the steam can and will actually harm the good bacteria and give you infections (the vagina is a self-cleaning/regulating organ) or cause burns. Wipes are really bad to use often too, but handy to look/smell/feel clean if you want a quick way before anything goes down and running water+normal wipes is not enough for you. The clean natural smell of your intimate area can be extremely arousing to your partner because we still are programmed that way as reproducing mammals which can detect a number of pheromones, and these pheromones are contained in the genital secretions.

This is so true. It is so bad that universities are forced to step up and have several educational programs to teach students about this stuff. My mom did the best she could with teaching me about this kind of stuff but she lacks knowledge on it because her mom never told her stuff. She could have avoided so much pain and stress if she was taught when she was younger. I am using the programs at my university to educate my mother because she deserves better. Universities shouldn't have to teach this and young people shouldn't be teaching their parents this. Not talking about this is an issue that can cause problems for generations. Teaching this protects your child, their child, their child's child, and beyond.

Yes that's true, it's also a sin. GOD tells us not to have sex outside of marriage because HE loves us. Sin separates us from HIM (which is why JESUS came to die for our sins so we could be reconciled to the FATHER). HE also instructs us to not have sex until marriage because it causes so many unnecessary consequences that HE wants to protect us from what HE knows is harmful and painful to us spiritually, mentally, physically, emotionally such as unGodly soul ties, STD's, pregnacies (which is a blessing but planned to be in the institution of family, better still Godly family), heartbreak and the likes. Hebrews 13:4 “Let marriage be held in honor among all, and let the marriage bed be undefiled, for God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterous.” Galatians 5:19-21 “Now the works of the flesh are evident: sexual immorality, impurity, sensuality, idolatry, sorcery, enmity, strife, jealousy, fits of anger, rivalries, dissensions, divisions, envy, drunkenness, orgies, and things like these. I warn you, as I warned you before, that those who do such things will not inherit the kingdom of God.” Genesis 2:24 That is why a man leaves his father and mother and is united to his wife, and they become one flesh.

Also ASK for a test for HSV2 or Herpes. Health professionals don’t normally test for herpes and you can have it and not have a skin rash!

You should be a speaker at high schools around the country. Even with so called sex education, our young people are growing up woefully ignorant about protecting themselves and taking care of themselves. Too many parents are leaving sex education to the schools, and they aren’t talking with their children. It takes more than a semester of health education, which is usually where sex Ed is taught, just for a week or two.
