For taking care of yourself mentally they can like journal- about their goals, things they wanna do (that they can actually do) and like write down things they love about themselves and also like stuff they wanna work on and ways they can work it. They can also set dates to do things that you don't normally do and u wanna do it, or just do things that's simple but good. 1. Check out new places in your city or wherever (could be a small shop or a restaurant or smth) 2. Set dates where u don't do any work and just go out on a walk or to the park and just sit down and meditate or you could read if u like books and just watch birds or eat food like a mini picnic. 3. You can create self care days where you work on your skin or hair or something.

Hi! In no way were we trying to be discouraging! You yourself as a viewer and just a regular human being know what you relate to, thats why you watch the creators you watch. Use that advantage of being on both sides of the field (a viewer and a creator) and apply it to your channel and content. And when we say personality we mean some people have personalities that are strictly run by whatever platform they’re on so it doesn’t make sense to switch. I skimmed your channel and tiktok and it seems to me that you’re very bubbly so I honestly think this could go well for you with consistency! Just always be your authentic self and the people will gravitate towards you.
