I still remember when I first started to receive homework too from my teachers on the weekends and it was actually back in 5th grade in my last year of elementary school since 5th grade was my last year of elementary school for me then. When I also first started my freshman year of high school, which was 9th grade for me, I even started having homework over holiday breaks too such as Christmas break and Easter break a.k.a. spring break which was really ridiculous although I pretty much just dealt with it, especially when I got up in my later years of high school since I became more mature and all then.
