@@Spoontamer4 Yes. We cry, it is an effect of hormones. That doesn't mean we are not mentally strong. Because emotion doesn't make you weak. You need to be brave enough to show emotion. A lot of men die alone, you know why? Because men are WEAK, they cheat easily, have no self-discipline, and leave their families because it is too much responsability for them. Or cannot commit to anything in their lives. To me that is weakness.

Coupled that with a little weight training and muscles appeared relatively quick. Good luck young lady but if ur eating healthy and training with weights religiously u won't need it. Results will come.

Actually except from that lady squatting extremely narrow, most of the exercises aren't that bad for your back. Some people still do these same exercises today, albeit much heavier now, even the modern day gym woman lifts more weight in dumbbell press than all of the weights in the video combined. They were lifting a lot lighter maybe just focusing on form.

If people have the lifestyle of the 50s with today's healthcare, living very well physically up to the 90s and even to 100+ would probably be more common.
