I went through the exact same thing Hannah did. Except I didn’t wear a box over my head. It happened a long time ago when I was a kid. Two boys called me weird and ugly. So I covered my self and I still try to, to this day. I’m a teen now so it happened idk how many years ago. Even tho people tell me I’m beautiful I still don’t believe it. This vid helped me a lil but I still feel like I’m ugly, I hope one day I’ll realize and accept that I’m actually beautiful. Everyone is beautiful and has their own unique look. As someone who was bullied all throughout primary school and the start of secondary in year 7 and 8, I can tell you this does not happen. Just because someone calls them ugly ONCE doesn't mean they are gonna be so insecure as to put a box onto their head. Even if she was bullied for her looks for years, this wouldn't happen. Um I got called ugly and it was one of the root reasons why I’ve been wearing a mask for 4 years straight . No body but my family have seen what I look like to this day so don’t say that this cannot happen . Everyone deals with trauma differently, for me masks were a form of a coping mechanism
