Body insecurities .....i still remember that. Till like 3 years ago , i had a bit chubby body and was made fun of , today i have a decent body but still i do have those insecurities with me. Thank you atom for making this sweet audio (even though it ended pretty soon 😭)

Me too. I'm in my mid 20's and don't even weigh over 120 lbs. Been very skinny my whole life no matter what I do. But through the help of my parents I am doing a little better at feeling comfortable in my own body.

@6keypandemonium606 I am 19 , 6'2 +, but my weight has decreased from 80kg in 2021 to less than 70kg(154 lbs) today So yeah have a perfect ratio but still the way I'd been treated especially around my puberty has really affected me a lot

@@SatyamKumar-pv1yq Her thumbnails are gorgeous as is her voice! As I do with all VAs, I listen to 1 vintage audio per week every week until I've finished the channel. I still got a ways to go with this one.😊

The main thing to remember guys: if you have a scars/stretch marks/birthmarks/vitiligo/excess weight(which was acquired as a result of health problems), etc. - it doesn't make you ugly in any way! But you should remember that your look and health(physical and mental) is ONLY your own responsibility, and it needs to be controlled in some way. I judge by myself, because I’m only 25 and already falling apart cos i didn't controlled my health(s) earlier. Peace all🙌 Great video, Atom!

This came out at a perfect time. Been feeling rather unhappy with some stubborn belly fat. I've started going to the gym and know it's a slow disciplined process, but still hate looking in the mirror. Hopefully can get to a better look by the end of the year

Guys update our wardrobes once in a decade? We have issues going out with a female who looks hot AF, why, worried that we we don't look good enough to compliment you. Then sometimes.... we don't notice usually because we are entrenched in how we are going to fix something that isn't working correctly. Thank you fpr accepting us for who we are, that helps.
