Negan has his men beat him down and draw his guns on Daryl to make him stop. Glenn gets up and the rest follow him and they start to fight. It's not long after that Negan takes the gun that he took from Carl and shoots Glenn. Glenn spends his last moments bleeding to death next to Maggie.
