Rabat is full of cultural trove and tongue treat! A good place to immerse yourself in, to think, to feel the living. Everythin there looks in a low profile but approachable, definitely cozy. One interesting thing, everythin in Rabat, whether Royal Palace, old Medina, Kasbah of the Udayas, or the streets, looks in a perfect harmony with each other, like you hardly feel a contrast when you change from old Medina to the majestic Royal Palace. I wonder how the architects of that era achieves this. In one word, the whole place is amazing!

I went to Tangier. The very best food in all my travels, plus my own cooking.

The streets of Morocco are very clean and less populated than I thought. What I am interested is the street food. Every country's true culture is in the food stalls and street food.

I'm in Rabat as we speak - this is my 2nd time here - I just stayed 2 nights this time. On my way to the train station I was filming the city and I said its a very beautiful city and my taxi driver didn't want to accept money from me at the end. I was so shocked! Haha - of course I paid him - I'd never accept a free ride, but I just wanted to mention it here to show how nice local people are

What immediately strikes me is that even with so many people milling about, the streets and pathways are so very neat and virtually litter-free. Another thing i notice, which is the same in India, the young men all tend to shun traditional clothing for western jeans and top; whereas the women mostly remain traditionally dressed. It is of course a matter of personal taste, but in hot countries i would have thought loose fitting clothing would be much cooler, and personally i love kaftans.

I first went to Rabat in 2017 and loved it so much I went back in 2019. Please tell me you went to the Chellah?? It is the best place in Rabat and the Potteries in Sale. Love your Moroccan videos, not boring at all; brings back happy memories of my travels there.

The government spends its highest budget on the infrastructure given that Morocco is the number one tourist destination in the world so hence why you everyone is left impressed. But don’t let that fool you there’s a huge poverty and unemployment and no middle class which is typical of other Arabic countries like Jordan and Egypt for example. Not a Moroccan myself but a huge fan of everything this country has to offer. Inshallah one day I will get to visit ❤
