Girls' education in Makkuran: Female Educator Hajira Qayyum's story

Hajira Qayyum is a retired educator from Panjgur, Makkuran. She had been serving as a female educationist in Panjgur and Turbat for nearly 4 decades. She also served as the District Education Officer (DEO) in both Panjgur and Turbat districts of Makkuran, and later retired in 2018 as the Principal of Girls Model High School Turbat.
In this episode, we discussed with Hajira Qayyum about the state of girls' education in Makkuran in the 1980s and the steps she took as an educationist to promote girls' education in Makkuran where girls' education continues to rise.
