Harmony just means to sing in a different key, it doesn't matter if it's low or high. It's Taeyeon's part so she's doing the "normal" key while Jessica is harmonizing in a higher key. But for example in Show Girls, Yuri & Hyoyeon sing "sono te de furiharatte" together, but Yuri is singing in the normal (high) key and Hyoyeon harmonizes in the low key. So it can be either a low or high note, it's just different from the "normal" (high, low or whatever) note. Sorry I tried my best to explain it but I think my explanation still sucks haha

Sunny and Seohyun are quite underrate. Maybe Seohyun is more underrate, she can hit it too she's develope enough with her mix maybe as same as Jessica. Sunny isn't bad too and her head voice can be a plus too for high note.

you must remember that "high notes" can be mixed, belted or sung in head voice (anything that isn't chest/fry) and a lot of SNSD's "high notes" (well in this video) are belts/mixed as opposed to head voice which is Sunny's strength

AffinitySkyliners xForeverx sunny's head voice and middle register are her two most developed registers. So yes she can belt. Her least developed register is her chest. Her only strength is not head voiced. It's mixed to head voice. It's why she's considered the 3rd best vocalist in today's vocal line.

Raini Kim You are correct in stating her middle register is her 2nd best but the register itself is not entirely strong. Sure she has shown adequate support in the register but only up to Bb4 which isn't bad but isn't as skilled like Baekhyun who can resonate up to G#4/A4 and that's just a note/semitone below Sunny's mixed support...and he's a tenor. So yes Sunny can belt but she can't belt amazingly well when she tenses/strains above Bb4. In comparison to the rest of SNSD though she is the third strongest vocalist which is majorly due to her head voice (strongest in the group) considering she has the weakest lower register amongst all of the vocalists and maybe even Yuri as well.

Although I'd say some of them aren't really high notes, like Yuri in Ooh-Lala (because she's not singing but screaming xD) and Hyoyeon in Show Girls (only Yuri does the high note, Hyo is the harmonizing low voice). And I also wouldn't have counted parts like Tae & Hyo's in Snowy Wish because if you consider these as high notes, you'd have to count other parts like Seohyun/Sunny/Sooyoung chorus in Express 999 and SO MANY others that it would be impossible to do ~

The part in "My Oh My" that Jessica and SooYoung sing is quite a high note the "Prima Donna no watashi no duro wanai" and I know that SooYoung has sung more high notes.
