Most likely not, although that really sounds like Yuri. If you compare the background vocals in the second pre-chorus and the bridge, these two are likely to be the same voice singing but that background vocals in pre-chorus 2 does not sound like Yuri at all. Hence, all of those are background singers. And the bridge background vocals in the Korean version also not sound like Yuri at all.

Yeah, the singer has that husky-sexy voice which ressembles Yuri’s one. I’ve watched so many videos like this until now, but I didn’t notice at all.😂

Those ones at 3:56 and 4:00 do not even sound like Yuri, it's more like Tiffany's voice but more nasal. Hence, it must be background singer. And the bridge is still background singer singing with her higher voice which weirdly sound like Yuri so much. You can watch the vocals analysis of Born to be a lady which has the same backup singer to this song. And her voice in that song also sounds like Yuri a lot.
