While that guy was obviously hitting it off, his results were still average. Straight and gay are at the far ends of it but there's a ton of gray area in the middle. Lots of people fall in that gray area, but lean towards one end and suppress the other side due to societal pressure to fit in to heteronormativity. Women are more likely and more societally "allowed" to exist and explore that fluidity. Men unfortunately aren't provided that same societal luxury.
