Yes Anitha sis. Worst service by scoot. I faced the same problem during our bali trip with scoot airlines. They didn't send 2 of our bags. When we reached bali we were very much stressed. Complaint kuduka sonnanga. Anga large queue. I stood in line for nearly 1 and half hours. They gave me some compensation amount and got a sign in the form and told me that they will send our bags directly to our hotel.The next morning they sent our bags to the hotel we stayed. Bags vara varaikum we were really stressed because all the dresses in those bags were new. Very very worst airlines scoot
