As more and more revelations come out, whether you like or hate Brady, you have to appreciate just how tough he is mentally. He is among the toughest people mentally that ever lived. For him to be able to remain calm and take the kinds of abuse by Belichick over the years for the greater good is just amazing. He is as tough as Jordan if not tougher because he lasts much longer. The question now is how much longer before Cam Newton and Belichick came to a head. Maybe not this year because Cam is playing for a spot in the league. But if the Pats resign Cam to a 4 or 5 years deal after this, watch out.

They both seem to have the same mindset, so , I respect him more now. Since we were shellacked by the Chiefs last weekend, I’m rooting for the Bucs in the SB. Love him, hate him... he is the GOAT. Also... I fail to see why BRADY isn’t the actual MVP of the season. He came onto the team, and in One season... there they are, playing in the SB. Mafia... no hate for me. I’m a Bills fan through and through since 1965. I’ve seen it all. Josh and Mahomes may be the future, but you have to admire greatness. Tom just wanted to be a Player-Coach like Payton which was the most obvious and natural progression in the Sport. In fact, in the hearts and minds of his teammates, Tom already enjoyed that fitting and truthful honorific. But the Dark One had placed a powerful embargo on the use of that term, an embargo which even the sportswriters and pundits themselves feared to break. Any mention or nod to TB12 that he feel free to lead, or better still, march the Team down the field for TD after TD would only serve to forfeit the nonstop "Brady or Belichick?" debate which everyone knew only obsesed one of the two GOATs. The air of oppression in the locker room grew uncomfortably thick and stifling. Something had to give...

In the end, I thought it was Bill's ego that got in the way and why he never praised Brady. The ongoing debate as to who was the most important Patriot, why they won 6 super bowls, whether it was Bill or Tom, that was the thing that stuck in Bills craw and he wanted Tom gone so he, ( Bill ) could prove it was him and not Tom. I think the debate is over now. Bill is a great coach but the benching of Butler in SB 52 proved that Bill's ego once again got in the way. Get rid of Butler after the SB but don't sit him and hurt the other 52 players. Brady won SB 52 and Bill lost it. Bill is done! Good players will not want that type of authoritarian BS. He will only get players like Cam, at the end of their career grasping for anything. Brady kept players in that locker room. How many opted out for COVID? If Brady was still there it would have been zero. Bill is going down and quickly. It will be ugly.

A huge Brady fan, was in tears when he did the impossible, win ring 7 with a new team. That said the greatest coach in the known universe has gone on a spending spree, next he'll do something else he never does, take a QB in the first round. Bills going on a scorched Earth tour, the Pats and Bucks will meet during the 2021 season. We'll see who has brung a knife to a gunfight.

She spoke completely out of line. I saw that comment live in real time. It was a horrible, juvenile, reprehensible thing to say. Tom's got a strong pimp hand and by all reports dressed her down pretty good. It's a team sport. Nobody in the world felt worse than Wes Welker about that drop. He told her to never comment negatively about any of his teammates ever again. She's been operating in privilege her entire life and Tom was raised working/middle class. There's also an ethic in sports in that you never kick a teammate when he's down. She's never commented publicly ever again. Tom's a great football player, but handling his business is why he's the GOAT.

Good video. At the start of the video i was more in line with "Tom should have retired in a Pats uniform no matter what, this is a bad look for the organization, heck even for the NFL. Hmm who knows maybe Bill was a genious in the way he treated Tom, the only one in that team that didnt treat Tom Brady as Tom Brady......or maybe he is a kook and was very lucky in having Brady (and a rotation of stellar players for those 20 years...9 SB 6 wins) but i guess we will find out this season." To going "wow Kraft is a real MVP in holding this duo together for as long as he did"

Bill Belichick a mediocre coach at best. All you need to do is see is previous tenures as a head coach at other organizations and see his true capacity. A terrible general manager and just an all around sneaky conniving person. This year Tom Brady showed he is the the reason they won. A leader in the locker room a leader on the field a winner all around. Players should recognize if your coach/general manager does not want to compensate you for winning then you should not play for him. Robert Kraft better look in the mirror and thank Tom Brady for bringing so much value to his organization. The Patriots will be the losers in the end.

Bill is no god. Bill isn't the best head coach. It was Tom, who saved his little ass in NE. After the string of wins he got way over his head. He thought that he could do it without Brady. Now we see the result. The Buccs are playing like the Patriots. And Patriots nearly losing to the NY Jets (they were nearly the whole season in a coma). Covid? Brady had to start without any practise with his teammates - and playing in the superbowl. BB goes 7-9 (good for him that they played against Jets 2 times - and not against the Saints or Packers). And are there any very good QBs (in this situations, where many teams looking for a QB) like Watson, who wants to go to NE? For what reason? Has NE any weapons? No! Even the Saints with paycuts would be a better option than NE.

Here's the bottom line (IMO) Pro sports are and always will be a Business in this case both sides had a great 20 years and both parties made millions. The ride came to an end how it came to an end is a moot point it just did. Bill is going to do what he gets paid to do and that's win games and that he did. In the 20 years of him coaching in New England, he was high on the fans list in popularity now all of a sudden he's not serious? When things were going well nobody complained they ( the fans )loved his way of doing things. This is a new season and it's on to Miami. Oh and Giselle again IMO is someone I want to have my back and she did what any good wife would do and say,

Tom Brady is 80% of the reason the Dynasty lasted so long. Honestly..... think about how easy Belichick has had it for 20 years when you start off every year knowing with certainty that your QB play will be top three. Most coaches don’t have that luxury which is why most coaches don’t make it long. Patriots went 7-9 this year with Cam. Brady took the same team to the playoffs with a 12-4 record. Now he has the Bucs in the NFC championship game. The guy is worth 5-6 games a year guaranteed. And to think Belichick wanted to move off Tom in 2016 for Jimmy G. Shows you that Bill wanted to win without Tom. Brady won the Divorce! He is playing to go to a home super bowl this weekend while Belichick is deciding which Subway combo he wants while he watches Tom compete.

@J Merch Modern NFL is like a cheese game, Brady can read defenses. Obviously he's not the most athletically gifted but at the end of the day, his on field intuition or experience with Bill's coaching obviously was what it took to win multiple championships. Let's see how this season unfolds

@@obinjoku7893 - The Chargers would have drafted him 6 picks later. Their HC wanted to draft him sooner. Several other teams have noted they were interested in him. The draft before that a half dozen QBs were taken high drying up the market. He was considered a 2nd rounder in a normal year.

@Aditya Ingole This rhetoric is moronic. 20 years and 9 superbowl appearances is plenty of accomplishment. People need to move on and stop being cunts about the situation judging everybody. Uhh maybe he didn’t like the weapons he had in New England and new they’d be way over the cap next year so he decided to try free agency? I don’t think his wife really had that much say, he wanted better weapons and a better team around him and he got that in Tampa Bay. Also you realize bellichick wanted Brady gone in 2016 when he had garroppolo under his wing but Kraft didn’t approve and instead traded garroppolo. This sparked the rift.

We'll see now if a coach can impact the game on the field... Does anyone really believe a coach doesn't expect a player to execute a play but how often do they really do it? Brady did and that is the difference between bill and cleveland and bill with brady as a patriot.. Now he has cam newton... so he has to prove it because he has no excuse... Brady will excel because he doesn't quit and bill had better hope he can keep cam newton focused on winning the big games even when behind or without key players as tom the goat 🐐 did... I don't think he can Brady is the difference between accomplishing the play and winning!! Newton is a better than average quarterback but may prove to be high maintenance and will he tolerate the system or will bill give cam a pass on the abuse?... Just my take and I know because my ex was friends with Brady's sister and know that they are all high achievement and top quality people with higher expectations than most... and why I am no longer part of that group... 🤪☯️😎💥
