She's a beautiful Giselle, very believable and touching, with a lovely gracefulness (something not to be taken for granted in ballet dancers!), ballon and musicality. I must have seen her in NYC in 1986. I honestly can't remember, but what I can say is that I've remembered her name ever since and thought of her as a fine dancer. It is great to see, now more than 30 years later, that she was indeed exceptional. A bouquet of appreciation to you, Ms Maurin!

@@jidochi493 Your mom is exceptional here and is also one of my favourite Sylphs ever. There used to be her brilliant Sylphide with Benjamin Pech here on KZbin but unfortunately this channel has been removed at some point. But this performance can never be removed from my memory💗
