What is the magic in these hot springs , what medicinal water do they have ,and how do they benefit humans?

From what little we know, hot springs have more sulfur in the water making it antifungal and antibacterial. Skin becomes healthier because the heat opens the pores and the sulphur removes bacteria. In addition it also helps with blood circulation, muscle relaxation, etc!
