You really need to make more courses and tutorials! Despite the internet being filled with tutorials, not all of them are taught with this high quality. We need more of this quality to exist!

Much appreciated, especially after slogging through other tutorials that essentially assume that one already knows the basics. I'd love to see a short follow-up video which expands on branching, such as what happens when two developers work on the same file, and are there ways to lock and/or embrace this?

Thanks for using the desktop app! When I was first learning GH, so much of it was also having to learn the CLI, Bash, Zsh, etc. and it was all pretty overwhelming. The desktop app makes what you're doing clear...and then it makes sense to work in the CLI after you have a conceptual understanding. I would LOVE an advanced Git course! I still struggle with merging, rebasing, etc. and would love a similar video. Keep up the great work!

this might be my new school mentality (only been learning for a year) but with this tool is a LOT clearer what you are doing and where you are working, I get old school developers don't want to leave VS code to open github desktop but thats why we have multiple monitors. I don't know why anyone would prefer to work on the command line....

THANK YOU! *Your presentation style is very approachable and sounds natural. *The information is very basic and makes sense for the title. “I’m always surprised when this isn’t the case.” *Some steps are a little obvious and I don’t know if the explanations need to be as long as they are. However - great for 100% beginners. *Providing the test/demo project is great! Overall - really good job. I’ll be watching through more of your stuff :)
