encountered the error. I have different codes in the 'master' brach files and 'new' brach file. I want to merge 'new' brach files to master.but, encountered errors . Auto-merging 1.txt CONFLICT (add/add): Merge conflict in 1.txt Auto-merging 2.txt CONFLICT (content): Merge conflict in 2.txt Automatic merge failed; fix conflicts and then commit the result.

Dont use Virtual Box. Try Dual booting Linux if you need Windows.
