I have a guitar, haven't really touched it yet.I really want to learn to play like this. I know it takes a lot of practice, but I don't know what to practice or where to start. I've done lots of reading, and have watched tons of how to videos. but am still so confused on what to do first.

heyy do you want to learn it by yourself ? you should start by doing easy tabs of songs you like on youtube (i did it for a few months and then i started to do more difficult tabs), or watch tutorials ^^ there's a few applications to learn guitar too! (sry for my broken english im french ;-;)
