tried a lot already, in case of Tribhuvan University, it some how doesn't accept easily

Do you have an student account and your id card with you? If so, you can apply for it and it shouldn’t be an issue. Previously, I got access to pro account by using my WRC, IOE, Tribhuvan University email.

@@geodev Yes, I do have student id. Yes IOE, TU have far more access and acceptance than IOST TU like me
