Start eating like stone-age man did, it is called the paleo-diet. That means cutting down on the carbs, like out-meal, cereals and all kind of sugars. Of course, training your body on a daily basis(walking, lifting weights) also is important for a long-lasting, psychologically and physically healthy life. I must agree, bending your knees more when visiting the toilet is smart, no sarcasm intended!
