Of course Olivia loved Fitz. The point is, Olivia was rationally more mature and intelligent. Fitz believed a lot in his own fantasies and that's all.

THE point is that Papa Pope destroyed their relationship. HOW could Liv choose between his father and Fitz? LIV had to know who she was before been with Fitz. At the end of Scandal she is so different of Liv s1 or 2 . She choose herself and Hi or another chance with Fitz. I can't image LIV without FItz? IMPOSSIBLE

@@huguettekouame3895 Olivia needed to meet before she was with Fitz, but he also needed to mature. Olivia wasn't the kind of woman who's content to live in a man's shadow. (The scenes of her posing as a wife in the White House were very disturbing.)
