Hello friends! Today I will share with you a recipe for perfect baked potatoes. This dish turns out very tasty, juicy and aromatic.
What we need:
Potatoes - 500 g
Champignons - 500 g
Eggs - 4 pcs.
Sour cream - 3 tbsp.
Flour - 1 cup
Salt - 1 tsp.
Black pepper - 2 g
Vegetable oil
Cheese - 100 g
How to cook:
Grate the potatoes and rinse with water.
Mix eggs, sour cream, salt and pepper until smooth. Add half of the mixture to the potatoes and mix.
Add flour to potatoes and mix.
Grease an oven dish with vegetable oil and place the potato mixture there.
Chop the champignons and simmer in a dry frying pan until the liquid evaporates.
Place mushrooms on top of potatoes.
Grate cheese on top of the mushrooms.
Fill everything with the remaining egg mixture.
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 60 minutes.

Отдна чашка муки - это сколько? Чашки бывают разные по своему объёму!

Чашка от 200 до 300 мл. в данном рецепте эта разница не будет существенной. Муку действительно можно не взвешивать в данном случае. (130-200 г. муки)
