Another one is to ask people you work with to pick 5 words and ask F and f to picl 5 words, you will see how your team and how others view you are very difrerent. As a teacher....try thay out! Its amazing when you see it how much you learn. Its a similar thing used in leadership training. People do not see how others percieve them but dont always reflect on themselves which helps them grow! When u analse, practice and evolve you see results whatever that is

Im not questioning your success and I dont know the personality of ES and NQ but in the example you gave I would never have entered the trade just below a resistance level and if I did I wouldnt have expected it to move as high as your target exit was. I was actually surprised that this was the example entry you showed. However I do understand that each market has its own personality and maybe that market has a habit of making resistance levels and then immediately breaking them.
