These trials looked at bone, muscle, and nerve regeneration as well as bone transplantation from one person to another. Bones, muscles, and nerves were removed from test subjects without anaesthetic in these experiments. Many of these patients experienced excruciating pain, mutilation, and long-term incapacity as a result of these surgeries.

So firstly, gonna be a long comment so sorry!! Tl;dr, my thoughts on Branded and also thanks for another great vid! I think 1 Quem is absolutely enough to run but also think 2 is fine as well. If you can afford two or have a second copy then go for it! 3 is overkill though without a doubt. If you’re running two quem, you are liking running less Albaz and/or cartesia and also not playing other pieces like albion and kitt. I think the perfect ratio is 3:2:1 (3 Albaz, 2 Cartesia, 1 Quem). If you wanted to run two quem, I would go 2:2:2 (2 Albaz, 2 Cartesia, 2 Quem) Lulu is absolutely a card that’s only played because it looks cool (I am guilty of this myself but 9 times out of 10 I’m siding it out or playing something completely different to begin with (usually another super poly target or Despian Proskenian which is a completely underrated card!). The only time you would really bring out Lulu is if you were using Granguignol’s effect but why wouldn’t you just special summon a different despian monster then which would be more impactful. I wonder if that Branded player was me haha I’ve been saying from the beginning too that Branded has so much gas that you should absolutely play as many cards as you need (I’m currently playing a 47 card build but lowest I’d ever use is 44/45). You have so many different lines to go into and when you’re siding, it’s so much more impactful to not have to take out your engine pieces. I personally think the chimera build is the worst and pure despian branded/bystail branded is the way to go and always has been. It has so much toolbox and utility already and the hardest part is choosing your extra deck (I use an Alba-lenatus in my side deck to contact fuse bystial and dragkn-link boards for example). It’s such a fun deck to play and always finds a way of working no matter the format. I feel like there are so many branded players but very few good/exceptional branded players which is why I think it has limited success at events. There are so many different lines now that I feel like people often go into sub-optimal plays just because they can (like clicking on the activate button in MD). The less you do the better because it opens up lines of interactions in your responses. Sorry for the long response again but hey, if you made it this far thank you!
