Probably because the skin was a DLC back then, and until now the skin hasn't returned. As for the thumbnail, no idea.

I used to play Guillotine a few months ago, then started to play yomi against solo tank and now always yomi.

My main zhin, I'm Plat 2 now. I go yomi if enemy has one tank or inara, I go straight to yomi if I see inara in enemy team anyway.

I often use perfect block, its just enough sustain to either get a kill, or get out of there

Try the heal on counter (u dont have to hit the counter) or billow speed instead of the ammo card

I think if you go against a single tank team (in this case Inara who can be cc immune quite often) you don't get much value out of Guillotine. Yes you can delete the other people but you don't really need Guillotine for that. One regular hit with at least Caut 2 followed up by the ult is usually enough to kill squishies so you get a bit more value out of Yomi in that case since the extra damage is consistent.
