The goal of this Festival of Legends Wild Hearthstone Quest Mage OTK combo deck is to use Obsessive Fan combined with Life Sentence! We do this by playing Arcane Giant, Obsessive Fan, and Life Sentence on the Fan to give Arcane Giant permanent Stealth! Then, we win the game using Time Warp from the Open the Waygate Quest! Speaking of Akama played Illidan's book of heroes where you get a perma stealth Akama but he is bugged and has normal stealth instead for some reason

I feel like this interaction works like a deathrattle, where it loses stealth when the fan dies, and potentially also if the fan gets silenced. Removing it doesn't trigger the imaginary deathrattle.

It doesn't work with bounce or transform effects though. It seems specific to "removing" effects. I wonder if you could have a similar interaction with Anachronos. Give a minion stealth with obsessive fan, send them into the future, then fill your board so there's only space for the stealthed minion to return.

I saw this around a week ago on Hearth Tech and it seemed like the most abusable bug they mentioned. I have been thinking about the best way to take advantage of it - there's some colossals that could get real toxic with perma-stealth. This Time Warp set-up is a very "Mark" way of doing it :p

Just tried to combo. Still works. I put it on the Mage Armor minion so I could only take 1 damage at a time

Only if the opponent doesn't have literally any targeted removal they can use on the fan to remove it and thus the stealth it is giving to Mal'ganis.

red herring is a passive effect the stealth on the fan only goes away when it dies but life sentence makes it disappear not die so the stealth stays

@@ncsloficentral No I meant giving the red herring stealth with fan and then life sentencing fan. I honestly didn't check anything while commenting this but I thought your whole board is gonma have perma stealth since red herring is untargatable while herring makes the rest untargatable as well (even if those minions would attack, the stealth stays). Also a question: A stealth minion can still be dealth with with certain effects which don't require you to choose a target right? (Flamestrike for example)

I wonder if Underbelly Ooze + Silas + Annoying Fan + Life Sentence could work, you choose the Ooze with the Fan, hit it until it fills their board then remove Annoying Fan with Life Sentence. But in am not sure if the effect would apply to the copies of Underbelly Ooze.

What a strange combo... Giving minions permenant stealth, to just kill the opponent with an extra turn? Thus rendering the permenant stealth pointless? Could have at least done Red Herring combo to give all your minions stealth permenantly. Then drop Flappy Bird or Gruul...

I think the extra turn is just to make sure your 8-16 damage a turn can get through all their health before they get through all your health. Given the game against the warrior, the "Extra Turn" thing is mostly just another Ice Block.
