Don't beat yourself too much about not being perfectly on schedule. If your project is a form of art, then maybe don't rush the artist. I get the thing about having to push ourselves sometimes, but at the same time, if you would have pushed yourself to create something when you totally didn't feel like it, then maybe it wouldn't be as good as it is now, you know? At the end of the day, you made another video, and that's what matters ☺️❤

Yeah I’m wondering if I should just set the goal as creating a video whenever a song percolates. But I also feel like I need to feel the fire on my ass sometimes to make something that stretches me creatively. I’ll figure it out with time.

This is amazing, i truly love it. Be an artist, be honest, be expresive. Does not matter if its not "on time", because time for who? for what?. I think when you give up control for the sake of create, you create more and better. That´s the thing of being creative: to give yourself to the music (or whatever form of art/expresion) whitout pressure from outside nor inside

I agree, pressure and self-set standards are important. The thought of a self imposed deadline can really move a project over the line, where if you didn’t have a little bit of ambient anxiety surrounding it, it would remain dead in the water.

the introspection at the end of your songs always gives me more to dwell on and idk, i like the intimacy you convey 💙. I do think accelerating that polish goes against the essence of the journey and how we're molded through the experiences and mistakes, I remember wondering about how the experiences pain etc, have molded me into what I am now, I was never able to rush that or sorta polish myself yk? aaanyways noice music.

Yeah dude I just feel like the quicker I can learn and adapt the better the music will be. Sometimes it’s counterintuitive though because I need the time and life lived outside of the art to truly inform it. That just comes with time, which ironically I feel like I never have enough of. I agree, distribution is public access now so I could give it a real shot. To show all my cards, I really really want this to work. So giving each song the best chance requires people to be ready to listen or some algorithmic jackpot. I know so many extraordinarily talented people who release on streaming and it fails to be recognised by an algorithm. An old stat from 2022 says that 100,000 songs are uploaded to Spotify daily, who knows what that number is today. For now, I'll keep improving and keeping people in the loop here until the right opportunity is presented. If enough people listen here that will be the opportunity in it of itself. For now, the fact that people like yourself are listening and commenting and being so sincere is exceeding any and all expectations I initially had. Thank you for your kind comment. You don't know how much it means to me that you have an interest in this stuff being put mainstream.
