You got it right. Its the large threaded part that gets rotated.

Great video! Loved the run test with the fuel turned up. We had already added Turbo kits to a couple of my 25Hp Yanmar powered Gators last year. Pretty similar process, to removing tamper resistant cover to access fuel screw, so pretty much knew going in on my hydros plus kit what would be neeed. Similar approach Drimial, screwdriver pliers. I never ran mine without adjusting the fuel. So it was I tersting hearing your before and after experiences with adding the fuel. Great job!
