Planning a giveaway on Sat as I just reached 1k subs. I have noticed on the chat there are a number of viewers but later there appeared to be more on KZbin. I’d that correct? I don’t want anyone to miss out. My target audience are model railway enthusiasts mostly in the Uk and I will pay the postage. Is there a limit on how many can get onto the chat? Hi Charlie, there is no limit to how many viewers can come into chat. You may have viewers who are just watching but not chatting, or you might be. seeing replay viewers in that count. But there is no limit to the chat. - Julie 🦆

I recently did a giveaway and had 100 live viewers and at least 70 entries using hashtag but when I click draw it only shows about 30 of them. Is there a timing issue? I waited till the end of our show to do drawing, do I need to start it when my stream starts?

Hey there! Yes! It will work with any destination we are integrated with where the comments can enter the studio. This includes Facebook and KZbin. Instagram isn't an integrated destination at this time, so comments from there won't come into the studio! -Trevor 🦆
